What is included in a package?
The Full Setup Package covers the apartment setup basics. The Full Service Package adds recurring household support such as cleaning, trash, outdoor care, and consumable restocking.
Do you publish pricing?
No. Pricing depends on location, apartment size, timing, service level, food options, and lease needs, so it is shared after inquiry.
How far in advance should we contact you?
As early as possible. Earlier notice gives more room to secure the right apartment and prepare utilities, furniture, and services before arrival.
Do you work with companies or individual employees?
Mama Choo is built for Korean companies arranging housing for relocated workers, but individual workers can also reach out so we can understand the situation.
What if the lease needs to extend or end early?
Tell us the expected timeline during inquiry. Extension or early-end options depend on the apartment, lease terms, and service arrangement.
